Confederation Trail, Howlan
Section 7: O'Leary

O’Leary to Miminegash

19 km, 6 to 8 hours, rated easy to moderate. Mostly flat terrain with some hills near the end.

Starts on the Confederation Trail, then switches to dirt road walking and ends with a short walk along the shoulder of Rte 14 with coastal vistas.
