Island Walk Trip Planners must offer Packages specific to the Island Walk.
There is an annual fee of $125 +HST for the listing and marketing services. Fees are based on the calendar year.
Island Walk to provide Trip Planners with the following:
- A listing on the Island Walk website with a direct link to partner website
- A dedicated social media post announcing the partnership and available services
- Continued social media, based on the receipt of new content and need
- Promotion of services to all visitor inquiries related to the services provided by the operator
Trip Planners are to provide the Island Walk with the following:
- Annual reporting sent to Project Manager, Heather at [email protected] at the end of each year to include:
- Number of Island Walk inquiries
- Number of Island Walk bookings including number of groups and number of individuals per group, number of walkers, cyclists and ebikers
- Provinces/States/International Countries associated with Island Walk bookings
- Approximate length of each Island Walk booking
