In terms of accommodations, most walkers are staying in B&Bs along the route. Many hosts will provide transportation to-and-from the trail.

Staying several nights with the same host is the most popular option. We suggest you start by looking at the Island Walk Map and contacting the places that interest you.

Some accommodations also offer a bagged lunch and bag transfer services. This is the link showing all The Island Walk Partners and what they offer.

Island Walk Accommodation Partners are identified in bold in the list below.

If you are an accommodation, please join in the fun by partnering with us.
Contact us or register online. Thank you!

Land Acknowledgement

In the spirit of Reconciliation, we acknowledge that the land upon which we gather is unceded Mi’kmaq territory. Epekwitk (Prince Edward Island), Mi’kma’ki, is covered by the historic Treaties of Peace and Friendship. We pay our respects to the Indigenous Mi’kmaq People who have occupied this Island for over 12,000 years; past, present and future.
